Once your order is successfully confirmed, our warehouse team will complete internal review, quality inspection and protective packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and official public holidays are not included in the processing schedule and will not cause workday delays.

After your luggage order completes all pre-delivery checks and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and logistics inquiry details.
Please note that tracking information will not update immediately after dispatch. Due to standard global logistics system synchronization, real-time tracking data and transit status will become fully accessible within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to double-check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of their shipping address, postal code and recipient contact information during checkout to avoid delivery errors or parcel returns.

If your luggage products arrive with structural damage, broken accessories, fabric defects or damaged outer packaging, please submit an after-sales request within 48 hours upon delivery. Clear original photos of both damaged items and complete packaging are required for official verification. Our team will evaluate your case and resolve the issue efficiently.
6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice
Each luggage product is equipped with professional care instructions tailored to its material and structure. Proper daily use, regular cleaning and correct storage methods can effectively prevent wear, deformation and aging, greatly extending product service life.
JAMES HUGHES is not liable for product damage, deformation or accessory failure resulting from improper maintenance, overloading, rough handling, unauthorized modification or personal misuse of luggage items.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and other clearance fees imposed by local customs authorities of the destination country. All such additional charges are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees.
